clean bathrooms, quiet atmosphere, easy access to nearby dining

The TV remote was complicated with no instructions, outside pool not operational, shower curtain too short causing water issues, lights above vanity often unresponsive!!!

Three different newspapers were available. That was a surprise.

Though HBO was advertised, it was not available. An exercises room would have been nice. Alternatively, the hotel could have recommended a running course through Arcola.

The bedding was very comfortable. Person checking us in was nice. Convenient to highway.

Hallway too smoky . Second floor outdoor entry no way to lock. Way overpriced because of area and university being nearby

It was just a balanced option for one night in Arcola with attractive and competitive value for money. The coffee here was surprisingly good, made starting the day easier. Make sure to grab the breakfast items early to get the best choices.

cleanliness, pillows, beds, food was okay, lady in eating area was very nice and professional.

Bath tub to narrow, air conditioner too loud and made weird noises and need to work on some of your door knobs like in the emergency escapes.

Beautifully maintained and large room with a jacuzzi and excellent staff. Had clean central heating, multi-channel television and a writing table. Location right by the interstate and local shops and the restaurants and the business center.

Beds were not very comfortable.

Staying at this so-called Quality Inn was disheartening. The bathroom mirror was damaged, and I even had the pleasure of dealing with a leaking faucet. I expected a complimentary breakfast fit for royalty, but alas, I was met with poor choices. Almost thought about giving a good review but just couldn't put myself through that.
